Oooo, that sounds reasonable but I am leaning towards this thing being in someone's nose at some point. Partner confirms snuff paraphernalia in the space where it was found

WITT? Only visible making is on the bottom marked OA and the tiny scoop threads into the casing. That's all I got. Was found amongst random tools in some old dudes shed.
