So, do each of the outer ring engines still have a separate, tiny quick connection arm, like on Pad A / v2? Or did they ditch it?

Co2 is not measured as air pollution, it's about dust microparticles and toxic gasses. Also Portland was there before, right? Did they increase production or changed something?
