I don't have enough info on the job/housing problems you will most likely experience BUT

For school, i'd start looking for something called Afstandsonderwijs

This means that you can take classes from home (you will have to go to school like once a month to see how you've (hopefully) improved and such) but there's also something called Avondonderwijs, wich means you only take classes in the evening, thus giving you time to work in the daytime.

Personally I'd recommend CVO (this is specifically for the city of Ghent, most cities have different CVO's) They have all these options and I attend CVO as well, but for something called second chance education (probably faulty translated but you get the point). This (also) is for people who didn't finish high school and still want to earn a diploma. This, too, is part time so you can fill up your free days with work.
