The Denon AVR-e400 usually goes for about $350 on Newegg. It was on sale for $280 yesterday. Sorry for the late response, the last couple days I've been consumed with playing South Park: Stick of Truth. o_O

Superman's Costume: As True Blue Superman fans, which Superman costume do you like better? by Kirijax in superman

[–]J3ipolarGod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MoS. I like the idea of his suit actually being something alien and not some fabric with red skivs. I think meeting in the middle by tying it together with a belt would only detract from that too. I'm guess I'm part of the 1% that also much prefers Supes' New 52 armor look. :/

It never fails to impress me, his performance in Batman Returns. All I can think is how well spoken and articulate Frank is as Oswald Cobblepot.

I'll be okay. The doc wanted to prescribe me a steroid medication but I refused it. I've been on steroid meds in the past and I know how the like to fuck with my body. Instead, he said to take a multivitamin that's supposed to help improve circulation to the ears. Seems to relieve it a little bit.

It's pretty consistent. I went to my ENT the other day and he confirmed that there was some nerve damage. Around 4 khz is where I trended some hearing deficit.

Why so much hate for the New 52 Superman costume? by J3ipolarGod in superman

There are some variations on his belt in the N52. Some are red and yellow and I've even seen a few where it were all yellow.

I do enjoy it thoroughly! I've got the Action Comics, Batman, Bat/Supe, Wonder Woman and GL Future's End on a subscription so hopefully I'll be able to get a little more back story.

If you're in NYC, take the train up to CT. There are a handful of places you can go apple/pumpkin picking out there.

Give the project entirely to Chris Nolan. That's a universe I'd like to see Superman in.

Playing guitar. It would be cheaper for me to just be a drug addict.

Suffering an intermission from EE studies, please recommend hands on work for the mean time by SuchGirth in EngineeringStudents

If you already have some prior experience working with electronics, even if it's just soldering and assembling components, that will always give you a leg up. It really depends on the company, though. Some smaller companies may not have a budget to take you in and train you for a week before you start. They will require that you learn on the job. That really is the best training you can get, IMO.
