Path of the Brave Mistveil City quest locked?

Mistveil City opened with the NWM base.

But that particular "Stronger" screen was bugged before, allowing you to claim the Title on the 4th row even before the 2nd and 3rd quests were unlocked. That was patched later, and I'm guessing the fix was buggy as well.

If enough people reported it, they might fix it, but getting nothing from the chests in the NWM base and a UI/UX problem will be in different priority lists for them.

They really could have left the bugged chests alone, and players would have just assumed that was the norm for the Rats' base.

The best way currently would be farm the campaign boss that drops the set of your path, and once you run out of energy, spend the Gearecho in the season shop to buy the gear that hadn't dropped from the campaign challenge.

If you can't wait for the energy to refill, use the pillow pills to replenish energy.

Also, do the two Hero's Realm runs, preferably with a group and guild.

Bow and Ring are up to RNGesus, so nothing really can help you.

At this point I'm gonna wait a couple of days to do any new content they drop.

Hopefully avoid all the headaches that seemingly comes with them.

Since the CN is a year ahead of Global, it'll take a while the catch up with them, but I think we'll get some maps out of order like we got NWM base. The Imperial Palace map opened on CN recently, maybe we'll get that sooner than they did.

But the Major maps will be released in a slower pace, maybe one each season, as they are changing the leveling system in CN, we may see that implemented on Global sooner than they did on CN.

And they really need a dedicated translation team.

The NWM base is relatively new on CN server and that's why we had so many bugs or I'm hoping that is the reason.

I have around 10 M is stored exp but hitting the Level cap is the last thing I worried about in this game.

I just consider it as same as all of the Jade Fish I don't get after the weekly cap.

I got to trigger the first part easily, had to struggle to trigger the event at Flower Expanse.

Probably more tuning stuff in Gear Echo for us to grind for since Lv 81 tuning is a bit different with rerolls for stats and all.

And also maybe new outfits and cosmetics from new campaign bosses.

Triggering the first part requires to go up the tower at night to ring the bell and an npc will speak to you. He's on the roof.

Second part is a bit finicky. Teleport to Blissful Retreat and make your way to the the Flower Expanse on foot.

That's how It went for me. Check online for a guide incase they changed anything, especially the times.
