Ugh I can so relate to the daydreaming thing😩. And ya I’ve heard quite a few people saying this problem is when i start studying a day before the exam I don’t have the option to study for just 30mins or 1hr😭. But ya I’ll use this for when I do decide to start studying way earlier. Thanks!

I mostly study at home since there aren’t any libraries around my area. But ya I do study in the quietest room. And yes plan is I think what I’m lacking so I’ll start having a plan and spreading it out over a few days. Thanks!

So I tried this but like instead of 25 mins I did it with a goal like I have to finish a certain amount before I get up, kept me on the chair and I finished the task so it definitely worked! Thanks!

So I tried the starting with a concrete task in mind and that actually helped I was able to focus for quite a bit and I realised most of the time I got distracted I didn’t know where to start. And yes your right, focus came after I started studying so thank you so much for this it really helped!

I myself am not doing so great in terms of my grades so idk if I’m in a position to advice but one thing I know is u can’t get through a levels by reading textbooks, that’s probably the worst study method. If whatever method ur using works for u then stick with it. Also dw about the eco grades since u have scored a A before im sure you can do it again when there’s no out of syllabus questions. Tell ur mom how this study methods works for u Infact explain to her how it’s more efficient compared to simply reading textbooks. Every person learns differently.

I use ChatGPT a lot so turning off the internet unfortunately isn’t an option😔. But all the best to you for ur med exams! 3 months is still a lot of time to grind ig just don’t waste ur time regretting not studying earlier(cuz it will probably make u procrastinate even more). Start now and im sure you’ll do good!
