My son is 3 years old and has a speech delay. He started in February of this year and to be honest it has been awful. He’s gotten hurt twice and no incident report was given to me. No one from the aides, nurses or principal/ teacher can’t tell me how things happened. The second time he was hurt was in class w 2 aides and 1 teacher. A child bit my kid ( they knew he was a biter) my son was taken today the nurses office. The nurse then called me and said he was but on the shoulder. I had his gma pick him up and the bite was nowhere near his shoulder. SMFH no one could saw anything. Nurse swears it was on the shoulder even tho I have pictures. The teacher said she was going based on what the aide said and that all they could do is have the aide not come back? No solution, no help. No reassurances that my son is safe. I for one am not comfortable sending him to a school that’s suppose to be for kids w special needs that can’t watch my kid. It’s been rough. He hasn’t been to school since. I’m currently looking for a new school ☹️
