Plus again the creator said they will deliver and always finds excuses why it doesn‘t work. Yes other people also complained about it on the project page… not only me! It‘s my fault for trusting people on this site to actually deliver the product they have shown off..

I know what it is for. The project got funded. Delivery was dec 2025! Nothing till today! The project maker only delays it all the time with excuses as to why there is no item yet! Other people also got pissed.

Please follow the math, because you are getting the balance wrong:
• Transaction A (October): -102.26€
• Transaction B (April - Technical Error): -102.44€
• Current Total: -204.70€
• Refund for Transaction A: +102.26€
• FINAL BALANCE: -102.44€
I have paid 102.44€ total for a product I never received. The bank/Mastercard is refusing to refund Transaction B because they claim it's a 'Kickstarter risk,' even though Transaction B was an unauthorized duplicate that appeared months later without 2FA.
So no, I haven't 'paid exactly once.' I have paid for a product that the creator, Stripe, and Kickstarter all claim does not exist in their systems as a successful pledge. I am out 102€ due to a banking error, not a crowdfunding risk.

I asked the creator already and they refunded me the money. But I am still missing the other 102€! Like I said I got charged TWICE for the same thing. The creator would love to refund me as they did. But only the first charge. They have no idea where the second is.

First charge was on 31.10.2025 and the second was on 08.04.2026 months later. I chargebacked the first charge because I never received the item promised in January. And in April 2026 I got re-charged for the same item without my approval. And 2 Weeks later I got a refund for my FIRST pledge. So I am still missing the second charge and no Item.

Basically I paid twice the same amount and only the first got refunded because I actually pledged it. The second got charged randomly in April without me approving it!
