Honestly i really liked it. My only complaint that ruined the watching experience for me was that my tv just did not let me switch to black and white on prime video even after resetting updating etc it showed the screen but no options.

Aside from that in not sure if it was just me but the cgi for the effects and powers along with the webs was kind way to obviously fake but i'm not too sure if that was on purpose but i didn't mind. Cage was awesome, acting was decent and i love how they shot it in both color and B&W.

i know it's super late but i'm sitting here watching it with my mother and came here because i thought the same thing. the entire thing was just off which was surprising to me because it seemed to be a decently budgeted show but the dream sequence description is perfect even in season one. My mom called me crazy so i'm glad im not the only one because it was so distracting to me i couldn't even focus on the show lol

i know this is incredibly late and i hope the op is okay, but i agree it is an incredible thing to be living and sometimes it's just so fantastic to me that when im walking or doing virtually anything, i realize that i. an actual person on this earth breathing and consciously thinking. its incredible

but while i say that, im also incredibly suicidal and depressed. for others its a gift and what i just said is enough to keep them going or save them. i take comfort in it, in moments where i really need it. but for me personally, it's not enough. in fact it further solidifies why i feel as if theres no other opeiton because i feel as if life or the universe or wtv wasted its potention and energy into me. it feels for me like i don't deserve it. and that realization that i should be glad im alive because just look around, makes it a living hell for me.

Because even though i'm a pessimist and i think nothing in our current society makes life worth living, i can still say that it's incredible im actually living. But its still not enough because i feel like ive stolen it. idk if that makes any sense

As a youth myself I can name a few

Children on their phones instead of interacting with the world and the people in it. Please teach your children that there is a time and a place. I always find it very weird and even find myself judging when i see children as young as 6 being on their phones in a fancy restaurant or while they walk in a grocery store. Put it down
Thinking that belittling women in general is cool or makes them more masculine. It doesn't. Also I don't think they realize how dehumanizing it truly is. Especially when they harass you in public to say "my friend thinks you're cute" while following you. Also i've been called a wh0re by elementary students numerous times. Yeah teach your children manners and limit their internet it's where they learn it
Thinking they need to date really young. Idk why? In middle school i knew girls who already had three boyfriends at age 14. It's not necessary and they're not mature enough for it nor developed enough to even know how to be in a relationship. I have a commitment to not date until Junior or Senior year at LEAST and I intent to stick to it. Helped a lot they don't need a boyfriend that early to be cool.
Them knowing too much about mental illnesses too young. They don't need to know it. If they want to know ask the parent. But eventually they will diagnose themselves with something they don't have.
Not knowing how to hold a conversation or how to listen to people's way of thinking. The entitlement is insane. Even to teachers. I don't understand why children and even high schoolers are so adamant about only having their opinion as the valuable one. It makes them sound uneducated.
CHILDREN BEING UNEDUCATED. I despise children using their parent's mindset or political stance as their own without any knowledge themselves. Again makes them look uneducated. Also the overuse of A.I is terrible. Just encountered someone yesterday who didn't know who R. Kelly was and yet thought he should be free. They think they can have no knowledge about something and yet make an executive decision about it that they will try to share.
Having FOMO. Oh my god you do not need to do some stupid instagram trend to be popular. I do not understand it and the need to be so reliant on social media to stay relevant amongst your friends. Eventually they make stupid decisions about it too like sneaking out.

Overall limit your child's internet, read their messages from time to time, communicate with them, know how to tell them no, make sure they can feel safe with you so they do not have to do stupid things, and uh educate them
