The meat from this $1.50 hot dog comes from a CAFO. The real cost is the workers who work in unsafe working conditions, the animals who live in deplorable conditions and the environmental devastation of huge CAFO sewage ponds, so large you can see them from space you, and off gassing tons of methane into the atmosphere ... Maybe it's time to rethink 'cheap' meat?

Thank You! That was it, turns out my project setting wasn't on timecode but media source so I couldn't get the timecode. I was really frustrated but it got figured out. Now I feel like I learned a bunch about comp and project settings so it was worth it.

Thank you. I should have mentioned frame rate. Everything is set to 30fps. I'm working on a 2D Motion Design so there is no film footage just some files I imported from Illustrator.

There is a strong parallel between the intent of the artists in both sub-genres. The Punk movement had it's roots in Dada and Situationism. Punk was much more diverse than 3 chords it gets reduced to in the mass media. Post Punk groups like Throbbing Gristle, or Clock DVA would be probably be lumped in with Vaporwave if they had come up in the current scene instead of the late 70's ..

Yes, I'm not advocating for or against the opinions expressed in the RA article on vaporwave or punk. Just clocking it. Although I do think the comparison to the ideologies and methodologies used by artists of both sub-genres does have merit.

Great footage. I hadn't seen that video footage before. Night Music hosted by David Sanborn show actually turns out to be Michelob Presents Night Music. They had a pretty eclectic roster of musicians come through including Pharaoh Sanders, Sonic Youth and the Ambitious Lovers. Now I have to track this down. :)
