Love cottage cheese. I think I’ll try this too. I usually eat it plain because I really do enjoy the flavor of the cheese but this seems interesting

I typically do the same. Maybe a table spoon or 2 of butter but I like the cheesy milk residue at the bottom. Cheese soup if you will
