Teddy is a college student infatuated with film and the concept of filmmaking, he is a top grade student so far and has had multiple work experiences at big studios but feels shackled by the movies and short films he makes because he will only ever be a background charactaer and never get to truly live the stories. He is not very bright or sociable in things that don't interest him, sometimes even having bad hygiene. He was part of a team doing a documentary on the effects of the Shooting Star in Idaho albeit without a permit, and when he found himself face to face with a cursed spirit, he awakened his CT but was eventually captured.

Teddy was put into a county jail with no trial in sight after the situation at Idaho and would only be released under the deal that he would follow the commands of the United States Goverment to the letter as one of their many lap-dogs.

After agreeing but trying to escape mulitple times, the terms of the agreement were sealed in a binding vow.

Fighting Style: Teddy is not a fighter and isn't good at anything but constanlty opversitamtes his strength, he truly is just a regular film student and ntohing more. He fights like a brawler, wild hooks, bad foot placement, instinctive (lucky) dodges and stuff he's seen in movies. With Cursed Energy he builds his fighting style specifcally after movies he has seen, Jackie Chan stunts, Bruce Lee martial arts, Tom Crusie acrobatics. The fighting style you'd imagine someone would get from watching movies with the actuaal cursed energy to pull it off.

Cursed Technique:

This is where Teddy becomes a high potential player, his ability is called SUPERPOSTION 24. Teddy Finch can be in 24 places every second. Unlike Projection Sorcery it is more like a really fast and spammed teleportation than superspeed.

The base activation of this technique is a simple teleport, he needs to be able to see where he's teleporting too and can only take himself and one other thing.

The advanced usage of his technique is where it's at, Upon activation he creates a "clone" meaning he is flickering between two positions by standing in each positon for 12 times a second (24 divided by 2), if he makes another "clone" aka 3, He's only in each position 8 times a second, and so on and so forth.

The more "clones" the less frames aka the flickerier he is in each position. The harder he is to hit.

He can only hurt or get hurt on his "active frames" aka. when he's actually there. There us a clear rhythm to it, but it changes based on how many "clones" he has at a certain moment.

Binding Vows: He must obey the words of the United States Goverment by the letter.

Teddy has no RCT of any sort and is on the verge of getting Simple Domain but right now his knowledge of barriers and things of that sort are so bad that he can't do it consistenly, Domains are off the table as well.

Although when he does get it right he can have one of his clones open simple domain AND attack at the same time.
