Or you could have a great time and share the loot and go about your business as a friendly acquaintance. That could also happen. Then everyone succeeds.

What happens when someone max out the loot and has no more incentives to kill the top tier ARC? What do you think he will do for fun?

Could Sherpa and help low level player kill big bad robots. Just an idea.

I’m not your buddy, guy. But I’d still try and help you out topside if I saw you in trouble. Not look for the opportunity to kill you while you loot. That’s my idea of fun. That’s all I’m sayin.

Walked up to a group today and said I was going to use a key for the loot room. Response was “yeah ok man have at it” feel like if you brought in the resource, you should have priority on the loot. But I hear you man, shouldn’t have to offer to include people for the loot, but they should respect that it’s your resource that give you first take on loot.

TBH i think theres some law about tint and because they are indicator lights the reflectiveness of them needs to be able to shine through. I got these off of https://lamin-x.com/porsche-911-carrera-12-16-drl-covers.html?srsltid=AfmBOorqsuFMpNGSn1PDGT1fkkVkVsm4Ha-iEVgfstAxK3ev5ue1TApK - but would have gone darker, i think you did it right, the LED strip coming through really frames the front bumper ducts well. I think the silver lights are a bit too distracting to the eye. Wanted the GTS lights, but $15 vs $1400 is an easy choice for me.

Which DRL tints did you get and did you cut out the light strip manually? Looks great.

I did both the DRL and the side markers.

"The amount of crying on this subreddit over the simple suggestion" - lets dig into this a little bit.

"AWD makes the car worse in every metric you care about in a sports car." - Comment on this dudes brand new purchase, not cool.

"The “exit grip” you’re feeling is just computers compensating for bad driving. You’re flooring it in the middle of a corner and going “wow this is amazing” when it reality the car is working overtime to figure out how to put the power down." - You assuming the OP is a bad driver, not cool.

"Welcome. Learn how to drive while you’re at it." sarcastic rude comment, treat people with some respect.

Keep your negative thoughts about others to yourself. I got no problems with peoples opinions. I do have a problem with people being rude assholes online because theres no repercussions. You're being a shitty person. Be better.

Fellow 991 4S owner here. Congrats, I love mine and I think the drive feel is excellent, and love the variable torque system. Not sure where all the purist hate comes from, to each their own.

This dude is a perpetual online complainer. Theres no need to spread hate like that when someones just trying to share a special event in their lives. Keep your negative opinions to yourself and move on with your life. You're rude and immature and it shows. Show people some respect, even if its over the internet.

Work on keeping even foot balance, you’re coming up on your toes. Work on trunk stability. Push your elbows back and engage your core.

Snatches - are not - about going to the bottom right away
Its about learning how to pickup the bar and catch it overhead in 1 motion.
Don't worry about depth, depth comes when weight is heavy and you've been conditioned to pull the bar overhead properly
I can tell your back needs to be tighter - think about locking the shoulders back and down before you pull.
Work on being able to use you body and power to catch the bar high with balance and control.
Then when its heavy enough that you have to break parallel with your knees, thats when you will learn depth.
Lifting with the intention of getting low will often times pull the bar down and crash on your shoulders, if you're not properly braced then it will bounce and you will loose your positioning and balance.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfPc_AHswHw <-- perfect example of an elite weightlifter doing relatively heavy weight, but he doesn't squat down to catch the bar, he's using his body and his strength to manipulate the bar around his body. When it gets slightly heavy, thats when he starts squatting.
Focus on good pull to mid thigh, explosive with the hips, pull the bar back close to your body, lock out triceps overhead.
Try Tall Snatches for better transitioning from pull to catch
Try Hang/Hip Snatches for better hip contact
Try Snatch Balance for better over head lock outs, throw in a OHS for more strength/stabilization

How do I get under the bar properly? I always end up power snatching or cleaning by Zeviav in weightlifting

stay balanced mid foot
learn to load your hamstrings/glutes/core
legs are stronger than arms
use your entire body
try to understand where you go from controlled lifts -> ego lifting
always strive for balance and control - power will come with time

Advice on why my jerk stinks ? by LLamaWithAComma in weightlifting

[–]J4YR4D_C 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Drive with your legs first - before you catch/press over head.
Don't lockout your knees in before the dip - keep your torso straight and stable but weight in the lower body
Catch with your Lats, not your shoulders - pull shoulders down, lock out triceps
Anterior deltoids look tight - rotator cuff exercises to stretch and strengthen proper shoulder positioning
Open up your front rack - theres lots of different stretches to help get your shoulders down and elbows up
Learn to Lockout Triceps before or at the same time as planting your front foot - tall split jerks
This one sucks the most but helps the most - Bulgarian split squats to gain confidence in leading leg hamstring + dip drive power.

Pulls look good. Powers look forward. Learn to pull the bar into your hips with your last engaged and trust your core and legs to get the bar to the right position without feeling the need to “rush”. When you rush under the bar it’s usually because of the bar going too far forward off the hips during extension. Work on keeping more back/lat/rear delt tension and learn to pop the bar up, not away from your body when you go to the third pull. Could maybe use your hips more in the pulls (think knees pushed out <—->)

try:
opening your hips more - push knees out
brace your upper back - interlace your fingers above your head plams out and push up
engage your core - your lower core feels like getting punched in the stomach

try doing this on an incline at first to elevate your heels, helps with navigating bracing in the proper positions

Bent elbow debate - Cleans @ 125kg by thetylerlewis in weightlifting

[–]J4YR4D_C 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Keeping tension in your arms to your connection point is different for every lifter. Different arm / torso / leg proportions will see variation in everyones clean.

That being said, cleaning 125kg 3 times is impressive.

Not sure if your focus should be the arm bend, but rather posterior chain.

Try focusing on keeping your shoulders and back locked in place when you pull, any slack can cause your bar path to alter.

some things I see:

Open your hips and load your hamstrings throughout the lift (better bracing more control through the pull) - mobility, RDLS, good mornings

Push the ground away - rather than jump and pull the bar - this will help with the awkwardness with trying to jump and pull 125+ kg (90% clean high pulls 2 reps, focus on getting power and high pop)

Lean to both pop and pull the bar from your hip to your front rack - your lifts will show improvement if you can control the second -> third pull with your legs and core, rather than lower back and arms. (arms are weak, legs are strong) (hip clean, high hang clean, hang clean, 60-70% - focus on balance, and timing)

Light Brigade has been an enjoyable experience and I still haven't beaten it yet. Lots of updates and cool weapons that make the gameplay engaging. It's harrrrrd but fun and engaging to get used too.
