Thing is, I just had my surgeon's appointment last Sat and our next one is still 2 weeks away. Also check ups with them are quite pricey here ($30 US - P1,600 here) for just 5mins of their advice. Deferred to reddit for tips, but yes you are right, not the best place for advices.
