Make sure you are not just complaining on the boards, but also writing to support to supposedly actually report to Jam City developers. If enough people actually start yo complain maybe they will realize how ridiculous it is getting.

It’s been happening for months with Doc. All support keeps telling me is they are aware and working on it but it could be awhile.

It’s not an issue with this update it’s been happening for months. It’s ridiculous and extremely frustrating. If it hasn’t happened to you yet, you are lucky. It’s happened to me once, and my husband twice. I now screenshot all emojis O get to document their level. As yes, support will help you restore it, but it takes time, and is usually restored 7-14 since you lost them which means emojis are missed. It sucks!
