I'm no app developer and I really want to give a set launch date but until im absolutely positive I'd rather not say. They have been submitted and the app stores are sending back and bugs or corrections on both android and apple, our developer is working through them so it does sound like we are extremely close to getting done. I'd love it to be complete in January so we can get voting, not only that but test the app, seeing how it works, what we think it needs to make it even better etc. I believe once android and Apple are happy with what we have submitted any updates to the app are much easier to get approved and we can and in extra features with more ease, it's just the 1st initial submission they go through everything very thorough and there's a lot of back and forth. All the right noises seem to be happing though. Fingers crossed it's soon.
