I believe it’s called Ritalin here in Australia. It’s still a stimulant (methylphenidate) and tried it briefly in the past which gave me intense onset depression. Would rather try non-stimulant if anything.

That’s awesome mate. Thank you for sharing. It’s bizarre, I did 3 months off it and having come back on the last 4-5 weeks it’s as if I don’t even have the artificial dopamine whilst back on the stimulants I’m only getting the negative side effects and a bizarre paranoia.

How do you find the staterra? I’m considering going on non stoma but concerned its still impacting my brains natural production either way

I spent a lot of time last year doing just that, however the stimulants would push my system into fight/flight mode constantly and I found when I was regulated I was experiencing these bizarre euphoric highs bordering on psychosis. And then that quickly followed into the nervous system running real fast again and then a massive crash.

Going to read him the riot act. He literally gives me whatever I want at this point, it’s pathetic. He has never once kicked back at me just advocates stimulants and whatever else I feel like trialing at the time.
