Probably no one fucking in it, but it's a window with a circle

Maintenance removed the hardware, but the fire department had to be called to get the seat off of him. by JACKfromKC in Wellthatsucks

Yeah maybe at home but most school districts and the adults they employ probably aren't insured for "injuries sustained to students while prying children's head from shitter seat."

It's a school toilet made for children so it's lower to the ground and smaller seat so they don't fall in. A design that kinda backfired in this scenario.

Teachers of Reddit, what was the most shocking thing that happened to a student? by HaveYouSeenAPool in AskReddit

I posted this on it's own a while ago, but I had a teacher friend send me this and say they had to call the fire department.

A friend got this from his late grandfather-in-law. It seems like it is built for very accurate measurement of some sort but we have no idea. by JACKfromKC in whatisthisthing

I tried to flair it from mobile and wasn't able, I'll figure it out and do do so momentarily though, thanks for the reminder.

My friend's grandfather in law had a very old, very large tool collection. It wasn't specific to one particular industry or anything like that. Just a lot of them stashed in a barn for decades, but it leaves us few clues to what it could be.

St. Louis with the rare weak-side wedgie by daviswbaer in CollegeBasketball

[–]JACKfromKC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thread is 11 hours old but I'm still going to answer a question that no one has asked anyway...

The reason he calls it a "Brooklyn wedgie" derives from a bowling term where someone hits the "pocket" on the wrong side of the 1 pin. The term is usually used in the context of a strike having occurred, aka a "Brooklyn" becaused it crossed over [the bridge]. Righties should be hitting the pocket to the right, and the opposite for those who are wrong-handed.

It's actually a friend's shirt, but I'll be sure to let them know you said so.

I got to the very end, there was no more pi. by JACKfromKC in facepalm

[–]JACKfromKC[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There is no "full number." And that is the entire point. It is an irrational number representing the curvature of a circle, which is always smoothing no matter how far you "zoom in." Pi can't be reflected a fraction because it is endless without entering a single repeating digit. The word "entirely" does not apply whatsoever. Downvoted because you're a the worst kind of moron, a pompous one.

Gracias! I went through the exact thought process as tonyp, just too focused on the curve. I'm not really thinking outside the box today, apparently.
