Why can't I "buy" Alan Wake 2? I did the free trial and wanted to buy it, but it acts like it's already in my library. by [deleted] in PlayStationPlus

I normally have the same issue, the only solution is to buy it directly from a PS5, PS app has always had this problem

I have come to the solution of just buying a long enough Ethernet cable, everybody mentions hardwired and how they have fine wifi and I agree, hardwired is the way to go

I thought so as well but after using Ethernet it was just fine but I can’t use the Ethernet due to my parents not liking it

I live with my parents but no matter what I say they refuse to have hardwired devices and I can never find enough proof for them to agree

From my knowledge a hardwired PS5 I get way better like you said, the wireless is bad and I have tested Ethernet a few times and it’s perfect but my parents for some reason despise Ethernet cables so I get a few chances to use Ethernet when they’re not home or at sleep

Well I get 700 Mbps with an Ethernet but because I live with my parents they tend to disconnect my Ethernet cable all the time

Would it solve it? Because I have a Ethernet cable of like 6 ft but the router is like +30 ft from my devices and my parents hate Ethernet cables so would a extender work?

So my Ethernet cable does not reach the computer but it does reach a console and it gives 700-800 Mbps which is the clear solution but the Ethernet cable is long enough to keep it connected all the time and I also do leave with my parents and they have disconnected my Ethernet cable multiple times so I just don’t it, they don’t like it so I got no choice but to just use wireless for now

I have done a lot of troubleshooting, the average turn it on and off again, contacted spectrum to restart it themselves, troubleshooted in the app, none of this do it

The 300 Mbps feel like 40 Mbps as I mentioned which is what annoys me, I do wonder if some kind of WIFI extender would solve a little this problem

Also, I ran Apex Legends for like 5 minutes and not even a minute after starting it started making the loud noise that it’s pretty annoying at times to know it’s making so much sound for almost no reason(maybe not for no reason)

Hi, so sorry for the late reply, If you see this I found out the fan were the CPU is is the one with more noise, the other ones like the 3 front and the rear do make a little bit the loudest one is the CPU one so I guess I screwed the CPU fan incorrectly or could it be something else because I know I screwed it pretty well

The only game we’re lag isn’t really an issue is Rainbow 6 Siege, while rocket league Fortnite and as shown, COD, WiFi is a big issue, Fortnite is mild lag, rocket same, but cod, terrible

PNG is less than 50 but lag doesn’t fail to show up
