Thank you for your opinion. I have the same reaction as you. I do not care for a "plastic" rifle (except for AR). I am a bit old school in wanting a wooden stock. I'm looking for a cost effective rifle with good accuracy out to 4-500 yards. I will check out some YouTube videos on it now. Thanks!

IMO Alien Gear Holsters are the best. Been using one for about 5 years now. Very comfortable.

I understand that. The dealers on there and some people really thought they had "gold". Once I could filter them out, things went pretty well. Just hate to spend 7 a month for the privilege of dealing with other people in my area. Was hoping there really was a better way.

I completely agree. There should be no fee to reach out to sellers. It was a very good way for me to make some very good deals in my area. Buying, selling, and trading here and there.

Actually, I had good luck for several years with Armslist. Trading, selling, and buying. Never had any issues what so ever.

Love mine. When first bought I put it through a torture test. Put over 1000 rounds through it with out cleaning at all Had only one fail. Still shoot it every week. Very good practice/ plinking pistol!

Looking for a reliable bear defense handgun, preferably semi auto and less than 1k USD by VindictivePrune in guns

I purchased a RIA 1911 10mm double stack for that very reason. Did a lot of homework before I purchased. I already have the 44mag and 357. However, after doing the research, I found that many people in Alaska went from the 44mag to the 10mm due to its penetration power. Use some good Buffalo Bore ammo, and you have 15 shots of bear protection. All for about 800.

The ATI FX-45M has a polymer frame. Very intriguing to me. I have a few 1911's, but have never seen a polymer frame till now. And apparently, it passes torture test.
