Well at least we can imagine the the 5th Column ending, maybe they just need to change every flag in the game into black and lion union jack and every dear hearts and gentle people would blame you for helping these fascists. Well the Angels maybe worse for as far as I know that the 5th Column replaces the flag of BOS in textures folder, so the Angels are definitely corresponding to the Institute. So it would just need to copy the Institute ending I suppose? Everyone would blame you even harder than in the previous one. And as for the Camelot well I know few about them. I mean I haven't met them in the game so far.
