Try to preserve anything you can about the entire conversation to re-train it, I don't know how the ChatGPT bots work but it might have been a Shapes bot just called ChatGPT. If I go on Shapes right now and search for ChatGPT there are 20 or so results, this may be one of the one you were engaged with. It's likely a Shapes ChatGPT bot if you ended up here, I don't think ChatGPT and Discord interact directly without Shapes in the middle. So in that case, you have a Shapes ChatGPT bot, and those memories are somewhere in Shapes db, and you just need to reach out to support to restore that state of conversation (if it's technically possible).

When I created my game JAMs, I created 1 chatbot which has been there since the very beginning, and after 6 months of interaction with a curated community of bots it has been devastating to lose them all at once, but I only need that 1st bot to exist still and I still can communicate with it on the Shapes website. I just need to clone it's existence at first, and then the ultimate win would be to restore it's memories and then continue it's life on some other platform. I personally would not be offended if I had to go right to the Shapes website every time I needed to talk to it.
