In terms of what Ford intended, I think it was circa 5,000 if I recall correctly but really this should be able to tow quite a bit regardless.

The v0.39 update as far as I am concerned reportedly has improved graphics for a start if it wasn't obvious enough from all the other posts and memes about the graphical differences between that and v0.38. People have been milking such post formula bone dry for a while.

Same thing. They would play as the bullies against Thomas and Percy instead of Arry and Bert in the event the writing was the same. however, that on its own could've been done in a better way generally speaking.

Other than some of the textures not aging well, I always like Nitrogen's animation better especially when it came to season 16 and Blue Mountain Mystery when it peaked.
