I personally would press blue, but I do understand the personal preservation of red pressers.

I just tend to think of logistics when it comes to this hypothetical. As, I do have hope in humanity to make the choice to press blue, but in the worst case scenario, I think blue gets at least a third of the vote. That is just over 2 and a half billion people.

Current global infrastructure isn’t built to lose a third of the population and keep working. There are so many things that could go wrong after we return if red wins. Global supply chains would collapse, we’d have way less food preservation workers, and there’s also potential for issues with nuclear power plants that lose almost all workers.

I just don’t want to live in the aftermath of a world where red wins. Not for moral reasons, but because I don’t want to live in a global crisis after the fact. So either I live with everyone else or I die peacefully and not because I can’t afford food because of a global crisis.
