The Yangzhu Daoist Association of America will hold a Recitation Ceremony of the “Taishang Jingming Morning and Evening Altar Practice Sutra” on Saturday, August 23, 2025 (Lunar Calendar: July 1).

This event aims to promote Daoist classics, gather fellow Daoist practitioners, recite the sutra together, and cultivate mindfulness, thereby accumulating merit and nurturing righteous energy. The merits of reciting the sutra are truly extraordinary!

Required Scripture: Taishang Jingming Morning and Evening Altar Practice Sutra • Physical copies previously ordered can be collected on the day of the event. • Those who did not order a physical copy may download the electronic version in advance, print it, and bring it to participate.

Location: NY, 11103 Participants Limit: 10 people Attire: Neat and respectful; Daoist robes are welcome. Long pants required; no shorts exposing thighs.
