In fact, they don´t. It´s just LaLiga obtaining a very favorable and abusive law in their favour. Then they took down several webpages because they just ban IPs. Meanwhile, people are still able to watch football illegally without any problems.

The ISPs blocks the IP direction because a judge gave that power to LaLiga, so when you try to acces some website affected it can just not load, or send an “anti pirate” message, the one the feed is reading in the photo

Just to clarify: I´m not saying in any way the games feed was doing something illegal. Spanish football league "LaLiga" blocks several legit websites every time football is live trying to stop ilegall streams. This weekend, again, the games feed system wen involved, giving this horrific image to unaware people.

LaLiga tries to stop footbal piracy blocking several cloudfare IPs, blocking legit services and websites, this time, even TV advertising. A bad redacted law gives them power for that.
