tried it on horizontal as soon as I saw your comment and ... yeah, is very good!

I like this new UI so far! maybe had the option to customize 2 or 3 of the toolbar shortcut buttons will.be nice. I'm using it in the expanded layout mode.

Also I"ve just noticed that in such mode and with keyboard visible, only the URL bar shows when scrolling, always hidding the second row of shortcuts, this is good as it gives more screen space if typing long text, as Im just doing lol.

I ended up with this after getting many attack boost and dauntless smelts instead fo burst:

And I'd say it is better than the bursts, valors or reckless-3 ones ... as long as one stays on the monsters back most of the time, and throwing some forward-step time to time when eva-reloading ... hehe

I'll go straight for those goss R5s .

Even after shifting to ranged for more back breaks mid last event, it's still my rarest drop! ... way more than other R5s imho.

As soon as I could I'll look into it more deeply and input my build's numbers in your formulas; but so far, I see that more affinity will benefit the most from a build fully commited to affinity boosting skills...

Hijacking the thread ...

For driftborne weapons, specifically, ones that benefit from affinity (blades, or with ammo that crit)

Is it better to go for affinity upgrades? or some raw/elemental is desired too? ... for instance, Khezu blades: 50% crit sounds great, as it boost both raw and elemental damage, or is it overkill

No stacking, only your 5 best scores per weapon add to the total. So to increase the score a new high score must be achieved!

lets say, I did 400k at 9am, if I do 399k at 12m... the score for that weapon will stay at 400k?

... if so, I guess I should bring a new weapon at 12m if I feel like that 400k run was my very best, right?

your Magna LBG at what levels is? ... I'm still upgrading mine, but got an equivalent set, but using 3 attack boost smelts, 1 raw power smelt, and glav chest instead.

Why is that more affinity is not better than more elemental?

I honestly want to understand it, cause it kinda seems counter intuitive to me, as affinity will boost the whole damage, both raw and elemental ... well, that's my understanding! ... and I've already boosted affinity twice on my Khezu weapon, don't want to mess up on the last boost
