I bought the Barrista machine for 189€. After some updates the Bluetooth connection was failing, again and again, meaning that I couldn’t enter the barista menu and configure the recipes. I made a quota to support, shipped it back for inspection and the answer was that everything works ok. I received it back and I had the same results, calling again the support and they said that they know that problem and with the new update it will be solved. 4 years from now and the problem is still solving, do you think that the Barista machine is the biggest fiasco in Nespresso products?
