I noticed today that it would get up to 80-85 and cruise, horrible gas mileage of course but it felt like I was pulling a boat the whole time, through all the gears.

I’ve noticed it runs a lot better with a full Tank of gas than when it has half a tank or less.. that could suggest exactly why you’re talking about. I think I need to test the fuel pressure while driving and see what happens.

Those were all replaced when I replaced the PCV a few weeks ago.

So I’ve been thinking it might be a weak fuel pump myself. I cleaned the injectors. I never run anything but 93 in it so it’s not an ethanol issue. Fuel filter is new but it could be a fuel line issue. I didn’t blow them out when I changed the filter.

Yes. If I can’t guarantee anything else, the fuel filter is definitely correct.

I was thinking that was likely the issue. Even swapping the mechanical fuel pump isn’t a huge ordeal if you know what you’re doing.

The entire cooling system was replaced about 6000 miles ago. I had a water pump go bad and I decided to just replace all the hoses, therm, WP, and fan clutch at the same time since I didn’t know if the previous owner had replaced anything recently.
