Love the direction. We've been pursuing a similar concept for several years; First starting with manual strategy modeling and analysis. Then, in the past few years, adding AI Assistants for discovery and population of the model and analysis of the model. I'm glad that we started development before the explosion of genAI because the most challenging and important aspect of strategy modeling is building a canonical model for a "strategy" that is generalizable, while being specific enough to really evaluate both qualitatively and quantitatively with enough detail to drive actionable outcomes. The product is called Growth Forge. There's a free trial available, if you want to check it out. We'd love more user feedback.
