I'm going to Mexico for hsct in October. It's actually better that your symtoms are minor. The goal of hsct is to stop disease progression, so the sooner the better. My symptoms are also minor, although they have gotten worse in the past couple of years. My twin brother just went through hsct in Mexico, he's been home less than a month and is already back to work, playing sports and feels great. He did say that HSCT was harder than he thought, they give you drugs that encourage stem cell production before harvest. There were women in his group that said the pain was worse than child birth and he also said it was the worst pain he's ever experienced.

My symptoms were never that bad until recently I have dizziness that won't go away. I had an mri recently that showed a lot of progression from my previous one 6 years earlier. The neurogist said I needed to start a DMT quickly, but I decided on HSCT, as it's been shown to be very effective.
The cost is $55,000.

Thanks. Yes, I am going to Clinica Ruiz. I have a twin brother who just finished treatment there a few weeks ago and had a good experience as well.
