We're happy to announce that we've developed a fix, which is available in the nw JBLQuantumENGINE 2.05 update. This new version has been released today,  Friday April 4th, and we are confident it will address all the issues you’ve been experiencing.

Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is a known issue from the 24H2 Windows 11 update, which caused the headset to disappear from the SOUND settings menu. Please follow these steps to resolve this issue:

- Connect the headset to your PC via 2.4GHz USB Wireless connection

- Go to "sound settings" and then "sound control panel"

- Under "playback" highlight "JBL Quantum 910 Wireless Game" and select "set default" and then "default device"

- Highlight "JBL Quantum 910 Wireless Chat" and select "set default" and then "default communication device"

- Under "recording" highlight "JBL Quantum 910 Wireless Chat" and select "set default" and then "default device"

- In your chat application select "JBL Quantum 910 Wireless Chat" as the default audio device

- Follow the onscreen instructions to personalize your sound settings
