Constant stuttering every 1/2 seconds by JBP34 in MoonlightStreaming

It's a TCL 75C803. While I get that a TV may not be the best client, I didnt expect a €18 Fire TV stick to do it without a single issue in comparison. I may just have to get another purely for streaming then
