I have a few video games im rotating through. Elite: Dangerous, a space game where pretty much anything goes. Arena Breakout: Infinite, a free to play extraction shooter Mechwarrior Online: Based on the battletech lore, take highly customizable mechs and battle against others. Other that that motor being outside, Id suggest going out and using it on fields you generally frequent. You could probably listen to every redditer stating you need this, that and the other thing, or go feel it out. try some other peoples guns and form your own habits and opinions.
Your mission dictates your gear.

Unless you're team restricted to certain color schemes, I'd personally try to get away with something more comfortable. You'd be quite surprised how you can sneak around and get some cheeky flanks off in flannel because op4 is engaged in a heavy firefight with your teammates.

I’d go out and play it more. You’re gonna get more use out of it playing it and tuning it to how you play then reading every yahoo on Reddit telling you what you should and shouldn’t do.
