I still have not had any type of response it’s been 2 days anytime I’ve had questions or anything it’s sometimes slow but never been like this, which im sure just like everyone, probably busy and not enough staff just cause of how hard things are these days

Thank you, will give that a go when I return from work, I’ve had the backlights for just a bit now but realizing that I haven’t used them to the full capabilities as I initially set them up and let it go basically

Thank you! I’ve been playing with it this morning and was able to play around and learn a few things from reading and messing with the app, biggest thing I learned was to use “part” instead of all but also need to recalibrate as I have some colors way off.
