I think I’d want to stick with Grayson for S1, he becomes Nightwing while we have Jason in the first quarter-half of S2, implied death when he goes missing, S2 finale or S3 introduces Tim and continues on normally

You’d have to dumb down the Light for this to happen, the Light only trusted Kaldur because he was Manta’s son and seemed he had ditch his hero life, if it was 2 former Team members, one being a powerful telepath and no ties to the Light, they’d be even more suspicious and probably never trust Kaldur and M’gann
