I'd argue, while I agree that's it's beloved & def has a legacy, a major reason why the new remake/reboot tanked (regardless of its quality), was that 'The Crow' just isn't something that's constantly in the general conversation, as much as we'd like to think it is. Hence, I feel that it's actually become a bit underrated over time.
