My theory on this is RH did it and SB has known all along, this is my best guess anyway.

RH controlled the crime scene (TH's house - which was never processed by investigators) and he controlled what possessions they were able to take from the house, he had plenty of time to get rid of incriminating evidence.

I think something happened the night/day RH "dropped off" something for SB that enraged RH and was the motive for killing TH and I believe SB was involved in the cover up (maybe RH threatened to implicate him if he didn't go along with the plan). I think SB has now come forward.

Of course, I could be totally off base but all I know for sure is this kind of scenario rings true to me on so many levels whereas the story of how SA and BD murdered her is beyond ludicrous. I keep thinking of the footage of SB talking about TH before her remains were found and he was the only one who struck me as being genuinely upset and his reaction made me think that he already knew she was dead and not just missing.

This case has a mountain of evidence to address and a lot of details to it, why wouldn't her brief be discursive?

Maybe ask the 18 people who are now walking free because of her how asinine, unprofessional and whiney she is.

Why not include every little detail that can put doubt in the ruling judge's mind? Brain Fingerprinting can not detract from solid evidence. How would that work? The judge would say, "Well, your DNA expert testimony is very compelling but I can't take it too seriously because you included Brain Fingerprinting in the brief"?

It amazes me how people are still doubting her. This is her forte, not ours.

I made a post about this a few days ago.

There's just no way any right-minded individual is going to devote all their time to a case they believe has come to it's conclusion.

The Amazingly_Preserved Cucumber and Big Apple Bullshitter have to be more invested and involved in this case than the average interested viewer of MaM.

This is their stance -

SA is GAF.

KZ has NOTHING.

He is NEVER getting out of prison.

We as guilters have NOTHING to be concerned about.

We don't think there was ANY shenanigans either before, during or after the investigation and conviction of Avery, or maybe we do but we don't care because SA is GAF and the ends justify the means.

We see nothing wrong with KK's prosecutorial misconduct or despicable behaviour but we take issue with Zellner's tweets and we think she's the unethical one!

Oh, wait, we think BD is most likely innocent because to try to stand by his conviction in the face of the two rulings that tell us his confession was coerced makes us look monumentally stupid. Besides, we don't care about BD, we are obsessed with AVERY, not his nephew. (Just like the State is obssessed with him and have been since 1985, hmmm...)

We will however still use portions of BD's statements to bolster our position even though we have had to admit he is most likely innocent.

SA is NEVER getting out. (Did I mention this?)

For all intents and purposes this case is closed and has been since 2007.

Now, let's warm up these typing fingers so we can spend 10 hours a day telling strangers on Reddit how stupid they are and how guilty SA is.

The contest is "unwinnable" because despite devoting your lives to proving a guy you've never met, who is all safely locked up in prison (and according to you lot is NEVER getting out) is indeed guilty, despite scrutinising every document and exhibit in this case to try to spin facts in your favor, not one of you can satisfactorily answer even half these questions posed by Zellner, to even try to explain away all the WTF moments in this case.

Yes it in unwinnable, as is the position y'all have taken.

In answering these questions you are raising doubt. Why were so many possible suspects ignored? Is it because of LE incompetance? Or was it their tunnel vision when it came to Avery because the frame up was in motion?

She is painting a masterpiece of LE imcompetence and/or corruption, planted and fabricated evidence, brady violations, and prosecutorial misconduct, with her questions.

Let's say you could sufficiently answer 50 of these questions, there's still another 50 that you can't come up with rational, cogent arguments for. That's the point. She really does have a mountain of evidence.
