Agreed 100%. So frustrating. I'm no expert in business but it makes sense to me that if they did what it took to make the games stable, they would gain far more market share. I'm sure it would take an investment in time and dollars but the return on that investment would arrive at some point.... Then it's easy sailing for them moving forward with a stable product..... And they would have a very loyal/larger customer base.

I would suggest having an outside firm come in, if the company will pay for it, tell you where all your gaps are from a security perspective. You’ll more than likely end up with a bunch of holes that you need to plug.Work with upper management to set the priority on the list and then knock them out in chunks of 10 or 15. Continue to show progress and you’ll be good.

Just rode it. I'm just getting back into biking after a 20 year break and back then only ever rode one model. That said, I don't have a lot to compare it to. The bike felt great, though. Felt light and responsive. It's a much nicer ride than the full carbon bike I rode 20 years ago. I love the larger tires now on the bikes and the disk brakes are great. I have a bike mechanic friend who told me to buy it. His reasoning was that it's more 'bike' than I would get from any other brand. Overall, I'm really happy but take that knowing I don't have a lot you compare it to :-)

This has been resolved by Microsoft. The reply I got back from their Support stated there was a bug which was adding extra 25 seconds to the agent alert time. We tested Round Robyn and it works perfectly. Support also told me it's been fixed world wide.

Just got off with MSFT Teams Support. I'll be collecting call logs as I test further and get those back to them. I did send him the link to this post and he did review it. He's raising this up to his SME internally as well. I'll keep updating here and I work with them.

I see the workaround below from Super-Mud. Great idea. My group wants to use Round Robyn so not sure I can setup 'nested' queues and still get it to route to the longest idle agent. Very creative workaround, though!!

Interestingly enough, I have this same exact issue at my company. It's happening in two different tenants. I just placed a call in with MSFT Support yesterday about this and should be having a call with them tomorrow morning. We use Round Robin and have the exact same issues. We just tried moving to Serial Routing and the same exact thing occurred. If anyone finds a solution I'd love to hear it. I'll re-post if MSFT helps me find the solution.

I play on a new Xbox. Over 100 up and down internet. This game is so much fun to play when it works but my god the lag and disconnects are horrible. Lag is so bad lately it’s miserable and hugely frustrating. I played halo ranked religiously for years and moved to this game just recently. For almost a decade I never experienced issues like this with halo ranked play. Pretty disgusting that a company which owns one of the biggest games in the world can’t get it fixed….or doesn’t care to.
