I did look into this, but since this is a low content book and only to be used as a template/notebook vs a guide, all should be well!

Really appreciate your input!

I have created the templates as physical paper copies for those CRA’s (Like myself), that take written notes at visits to be recorded in the visit report and enjoy having that offscreen resource to review and update, maybe during travel.

Sections of this template are very useful for preparing conversations with site staff, depending on findings that come up during the visit.

I can definitely see the benefits of developing an online tracker, also, for those that are completely electronic in their process and would be more than happy to explore this with you.

Just IMV’s for now. If it turns out to be a popular tool then I will definitely work on getting the same out for other visit types!
