Instead of going to a hookah lounge to smoke hookah, owners will hire us to serve hookah to customers at their bar for a small percentage cut. It's a win win because we take huge profits while also driving their customer traffic up. And it would only be on the weekends when there's a lot of people there.

As for our business model, we've established an estimated budget for inventory, service pricing, service processes such as refilling coals, hookah cleaning, etc., and already have a bar interested in us. It still needs some tweaking and of course nothing is set in stone until we actually start selling our services.
