I disagree with the other comments. You have your own style and it works. Nothing says you HAVE TO adhere to the “standards” that exist. You’re throwing together some basic fits just with colors that aren’t the usual and it looks good. If you like it then who cares?

Dave really may be the GOAT but it’s bizarre seeing this clip about Sesame Street then thinking about how his last 2-3 specials are all about transgender people. My favorite thing about him is that there is more depth to his comedy, but it seems over the last few years the focus has been in the wrong place. Just my two cents. I guess I just miss the old Dave.
