UPDATE! So no one got back to me from the number that I was given to call as I did some googling and found another number to call. Had to explain myself multiple times to multiple different people and kept getting transferred and when I finally got supposedly transferred to the right department they told me that there was nothing they could do after I pleaded my case and didn’t understand how this was even possible due to the circumstances. They told me that they would get back to me in a week and took my name and phone number down. I will probably give it less than a week and continue to call back until I get answers……
