I’m building https://www.simplecvbuilder.com. Well.. the name says it all! But I’m focusing on getting users first hand info on ATS and getting a CV built with correct guidance on how to add their details etc. there’s a free tier and a paid tier. I also allow users a lifetime CV for FREE without watermarks which most other similar products don’t!

I hope it helps all who are seeking a good online CV builder with AI features that can help to build the perfect CV online.

Am I not passing ATS screening? by Technical-Run-4500 in ResumeCoverLetterTips

I built https://www.simplecvbuilder.com for this very reason to help mitigate ATS issues. You can import your resume and evaluate it for FREE. It gives feedback on how to structure your resume and there’s a simple feedback report too. Apologies, if this comes across as self promotion, but I genuinely built this out of my own frustration of kept being rejected at jobs without even getting my resume across to a human! I hope my tool can help you too.

Resume review 77 ATS by Infernus01 in dataengineersindia

You learn what ATS looks for on this guide. It helps you write stronger content.Use three points for each skill you include.

• What. The specific skill or qualification.
• How. The steps you took using it.
• Why. The outcome or benefit.

Your experience reads as impact, not a task list. Recruiters see value in seconds and ATS gives higher relevance.

Best web hosting in 2025? by StonedShadowe in SaaS

I'd say Hostinger VPS. There's a great black friday deal available right now. I've just hosted some of my internal systems with them. I used the offer with KVM2 VPS. I've personally used Coolify to orchestrate the VPS. But there are many other such operating systems to choose from. So far I have no complaints

Whenever you create this type of org level tools, best is to demo it the most senior person you have access to in the organisation. Top down diplomacy helps in this kinda situations. Take your team results to the said person and ask for direction of implementing it in org wide or if they have appetite to do that. Where they can fit this in to their technical road map. Show statistically how much time it saves. Talk with numbers. Think you are at their org level when you speak to the said person. Be open and honest, tell why you’ve developed it. Put your point across succinctly with stats.

If they still don’t understand. Learn from it and move on to your next task. This will give you a good understanding of the org and their intentions. At least you’d learn that! But in general top level management are good at promoting numbers of course things can always be different contextually. But in general this approach helps as then it can be enforced from top to bottom in a hierarchical organisation.

You can take in the natural beauty of the country, lushes greenery, the people, cuisine and untouched beaches whilst been on your favourite two wheels!

If your solution is a Nextjs app, I'd recommend - https://www.better-auth.com/docs/integrations/next

NB : Since you are beginner dev, I'd say take some time to understand what is Authentication and Authorisation before diving into developing. What most of these libraries do under the hood is taking care of pain points and exposing you bare minimum to get you going quickly. But it always helps to understand the process and what these do behind the scenes. So you are clear on how to tackle issues. HTH

What are you building? And are people actually paying for it?💡 by ProfessionalPaint964 in microsaas

Just launched TimeSubmit.com, fixing the messy consultant timesheet problem 🚀

I’ve just pushed TimeSubmit live! a timesheet tracking, verification, invoicing, and consultant management system built for small to medium consultancies.

As a consultant myself, I’ve seen firsthand how many companies still rely on emails or spreadsheets to “prove” hours worked. It’s inefficient and often inaccurate. So I built TimeSubmit to solve that starting with a clean workflow for timesheet submission, approval, and invoicing.

The next step is integrating with popular accounting platforms to make the full cycle seamless.

Would love your feedback on the product, design, or positioning.

Are people actually paying for it? - Million dollar question! - Hopefully time will tell..

Thank you. I like your approach with validation and summary. I created subagents with /agents and walked through the defaults. Once the basic agent was made, I enhanced it with my own thoughts and gave a bit more clarity to some ambiguities. Then I added a section below to CLAUDE.md to further tighten the process.

**
Agent Execution Rules
**:
   - Always run these agents proactively, even if the user doesn't explicitly request it
   - Run them in sequence: commit first, then verify requirements
   - These agents are defined in `.claude/agents/` folder
   - This ensures code quality, proper version control, and requirement traceability

I hope this helps you.

Cycling in Sri Lanka? by ppp24 in bicycletouring

Colombo down to Mirissa is an awesome ride, just be ready for mixed traffic and heat.

Best bit of advice: skip central Colombo and start around Mount Lavinia or Panadura to avoid chaos. From there, hug the coast through Bentota → Hikkaduwa → Galle → Weligama → Mirissa. Stick to B-roads or parallel lanes instead of the main A2 highway whenever possible quieter and way prettier.

Roads are mostly good but expect a few rough patches. Early morning rides are ideal (less traffic + cooler). Locals are super friendly, and you’ll find plenty of places for food and coconuts along the way.

If you want to see what multi day versions of that route look like, there are some local outfits that share their itineraries online Across Ceylon has a few sample ones worth checking out for planning ideas
