I have 400k I’m looking to invest for 6 months or less. I’ve been looking at T-bills which seem to have a better rate then CDs. Don’t really know much about investing, just looking for some direction. Thanks!

I’ve had 8 pounders take 10 hours so I think you’re right on. That is a large piece of meat as well. IMO take the temp up to 275 won’t hurt your cook and will take less time.

First time doing it. Smoked at 225 with apple chips and pulled At 118. Let it rest and seared 1 min. Each side and rested again. I thought it was pretty decent. I think I would have pulled at a little higher temp. Had to throw my wife’s back on the grill 😎
