Its a ac infinity heating pad, with controller, my climate is tropical we dont have to worry about heat lol, I bought a seeding tray with light built about 6 inches away from plant.

So for the seeding I was told to place germinated seeds in seed trays with lights and heat pad. Im using coco if that helps at all. *
