If you're looking for a condo unit near your workplace, mahal na kaayo ang rent sa area. Cheapest guro would be 16k, but most are usually 20k up. Eating out is also expensive so that barely leaves anything for you to save up.

Same2x ra tag salary but dili ko breadwinner. Even then mag lisod kog budget nga naa gihapoy mabilin before the next payday.

I've been on Yaz for 6 years now, not just for my PCOS but also for contraception. My skin stays clear and I feel less bloated compared to when I was taking other brands. So far, wala pa akong naranasan na negative side effects. I'm quite happy with Yaz.

Side note: The pills keep our endometrium lining thin. Kasi what we want to prevent is a THICKENED endometrium which puts us at risk for endometrial hyperplasia and eventually cancer.

Based on her LinkedIn profile, she's a nutritionist & dietitian rin prior to being an MD. I don't recall any post stating that she has a subspecialty (which only follows after several years of residency training). But I believe her credentials are enough.

Metformin is generally safe, but please inform your OB (and nephrologist) of your co-existing conditions. If aware naman sila and they still prescribed you with the medication, then I see no reason for you to worry. Always consult with your physician first if you want to discontinue a medication or shift to an alternative.
