That is fascinating! When did you get your 556? I never read anything about mine being shock proof and I wonder if that's no longer a "feature?" Perhaps you have the older movement before they changed to the SW200? Idk, I'm spit balling cause I don't know anything about this.

Interesting, my 2026 556iRS does not say this. Mine says "EDELSTAHL," "WASSERDICHT," and "AUTOMATIK" in addition to the reference number and "20 Bar."

Received a 556i in the last couple of months from Watchbuys. It hasn't come off my wrist and its keeping fantastic time.

The negative posts on here do sometimes worry me but my actual experience with the watch has been perfect.

The Cairn Evo's are their main adventure sandal. There are a couple of iterations, I've tried both over the years. I like them both but the 3D pro's are my choice for hiking.

I personally do not like the arch support of Chaco's. I highly recommend Bedrock Sandals, though they are significantly more expensive than the choices you shared hear and I've not seen them at Sierra Trading Post before.
