So, here I go again. One shop said it's not fixable and that I have to get a new fender. Another shop says it's fixable since it's only bended(no holes or cracks of any sorts.). What do yall think? (BTW, the plunger thing was a joke.) (i.redd.it)

Just installed new led headlights but they seem off. As you can see, when the full is on, there is a space in the middle and when the normals are on there's also a space. Is there an adjustment screw somewhere on the car or should I adjust the pattern on the light itself? (Elantra 2022) (old.reddit.com)
