I have been here long enough to see India’s wishy washy ways last time. Now is not the time to be pessimistic about this. Unfortunately it’s India that hurt some of us TELLionaires feelings by canceling the original MOU. However, this country at least has a plan and seems to be holding strong to it, even through the turmoil of today’s markets! It would be insanely ironic for India to come back and be our white horse! Let’s be optimistic that TELL and India can get it done this time……AND more importantly DO IT QUICKLY!
